It is very important to prioritize gratitude in a professional setting because kindness is the top priority for patients. For example, showing appreciation for you patients will give them a sense of relief. Nobody wants to end up in a care facility, for everyone should want the ultimate goal of maintaining healthiness. If the health worker promotes kindness and gratitude towards their patients, the work environment will altogether lead to a positive environment.
